This 1952 ranch needed some love after the previous owners passed away. Using most of the exisitng furniture in the home, Kory was able to transform this brick ranch into a desirable and modern home on a tight budget. By removing unnecessary doors and walls, laying out the furniture in a more functional way, and decorating each space with more color, this house sold for almost three times the purchase price with multiple offers.
