Laundry Room Makeover

The same bungalow in Old North Durham had a large laundry room with little storage and no logical placement for the washer and dryer. Kory constructed a built-in home for the washer and dryer with symmetrically balanced built-in shelving units on each end. He then staged the area with colorful accessories to finalize the space. Shortly after the project was completed, the home sold for $61,000 over list price with multiple offers.
